This app is provided as a free, informal tool for running Last Man Standing and Ultimate Prediction games among friends and communities. By creating an account, you agree to the following.
Any entry fee shown for a game is set by that game's admin and is collected, held, and paid out directly between players — never through this app. The app only does the arithmetic (pot size, and each player's share if a game ends in a shared win). We're not a party to that money changing hands, don't guarantee payment, and aren't responsible for disputes between a game's admin and its players over entry fees or payouts. Play (and pay in) at your own discretion, and only with people you trust.
Game results are based on official Premier League fixture data. Results are usually processed automatically shortly after they're confirmed, but delays or the occasional need for a manual correction can happen — the app is run on a best-effort basis, not as a guaranteed real-time service.
Keep your login details to yourself. You're responsible for picks or predictions made from your account. Accounts found abusing the platform (e.g. creating fake accounts to game a game) may be suspended.
This app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, by someone building it as a side project rather than a registered business. Use it for fun, not for anything where a bug or downtime would cause serious harm.
